Delivery is by Australia Post (with tracking) and generally takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is a flat rate Australia wide at $11.95.
We recommend using a delivery address that is attended, as lost or stolen parcels are not covered by insurance. - Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via express post or another traceable method
- Return the item including the receipt (that you received with your parcel) and indicate the reason for return
