DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Delivery is by Australia Post (with tracking) and generally takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is a flat rate Australia wide at $9.00. Currently we are offering free shipping Australia wide.
We recommend using a delivery address that is attended, as lost or stolen parcels are not covered by insurance. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once your order is on its way to you, please contact the shipping company directly with any enquiries you may have regarding your delivery.
We are closed on public holidays so please be aware that orders may take longer during this period.
Energie Spirit does not ship internationally.
At Energie Spirit we guarantee our merchandise to be in perfect condition prior to sending and ensure that each garment is packaged carefully.
We accept any return of full priced merchandise purchased for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from original date of purchase.
All transactions are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars.
All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
If requesting a refund or exchange please note the following:
- The items must be in original packaging with all labels and tickets attached
- The return of items must occur within 14 days of original date of purchase
- Items must not have been worn, damaged or washed
- Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via express post or another traceable method
- Return the item including the receipt (that you received with your parcel) and indicate the reason for return
